Drafting Contracts, Example:

  • Contract of Contract: This sets out the relationship between the employer, the contractor, and other parties (if any) to complete the work described in the contract without delay or interruption.
  • Intellectual Property Contracts: These protect intellectual innovations and inventions in all fields, including industrial, scientific, literary, and artistic fields, from infringement.
  • Sale Contract: This is consistent with the objectives, rights, and obligations of the parties. It is common among individuals to conclude a contract between the parties upon delivery of the contracted property and receipt of the price, unaware of other aspects protected by law, such as defects of will, guarantee of entitlement, and hidden defects.
  • Lease Contract: To achieve the best description of rights and obligations affected by time, and to instill confidence in the minds of the contracting parties, it is necessary to draft terms that are consistent with the correct law and ensure stability for both parties.
  • Agency Contract: A person cannot conduct all of their commercial, civil, and personal transactions themselves. They need to authorize another person to act on their behalf, subject to specific regulations. An agency contract is a mandate that replaces the principal in several areas, as stipulated in the contract, to save time and effort for the party concerned. For fear that the agent might forget an obligation, accuracy and documentation are required.
  • Gift Contract: Gift contracts are intended to offer donations and favors to others, whether financial or otherwise. However, such contracts may not be well-received by the donor’s children due to the detriment to the donor’s financial integrity. This requires drafting that avoids interference from any party that might prevent the gift from being concluded.
  • Insurance Contract: No matter how cautious and careful an individual is in their daily life, they are still exposed to situations beyond their control, such as traffic accidents, fires, or injuries. Repairs and maintenance may require significant amounts of money, in addition to time and effort. This is where insurance comes in as a solution for those concerned.
  • Investment Contracts: An individual may lack sufficient experience to start an investment project, so they may turn to specialists to invest their money for a period of time in exchange for mutual financial benefits. The importance of drafting this type of contract lies in balancing the interests of both parties.
  • Employment Contract: The employee and employer have duties and rights that must be clearly defined, such as whether the contract is for a fixed or indefinite period. The employment relationship has various implications for both parties, and its framework must be defined, such as the termination of the employment relationship and the obligation to maintain confidentiality of any confidential information acquired during the employment period.
  • Establishment Contracts for Various Types of Commercial Activities: Drafting commercial contracts is an indispensable path in the world of commerce, from large corporations to start-ups and medium-sized enterprises, to traders or individuals engaged in trade. This type of contract must be drafted by skilled and experienced professionals, given the significant obligations it entails for both parties.
  • Preparing franchise documents: This is a newly developed contract, whereby a person called the franchisor grants another person called the franchisee the right to use their trademark in a specific geographic area for a specified period, supply them with goods, and impart scientific knowledge, in exchange for a specific agreed-upon consideration. This type of contract has become increasingly popular recently.
  • Drafting internal regulations for companies and institutions, including: employment authorities, training, and qualifications; wages, salaries, and incentives; benefits and allowances; vacations; working days and hours; medical care; work regulations; violations and penalties; instructions; and everything else required for the operation of the institution or company in line with the purpose for which it was established.
  • Drafting delivery and receipt records: This includes listing all documents and records related to companies and institutions. Their importance lies in proving what is provided or received and stating its type.
  • Drafting letters (appeals, grievances, petitions): Poor judgment or haste may cause an individual to find themselves in a situation requiring them to seek the sympathy of the concerned parties for assistance. The situation may also require a grievance against an administrative decision or against a person of authority. All of this requires a written form that the average person may not be proficient in, or written without including its constituent elements.
