Representing Clients Before the Court:
- Writing and Sending a Legal Notice in the Firm’s Name: A party harmed by a failure to fulfill a contractual or legal obligation may be compelled to notify the other party of their breach or negligence. The Firm sends this type of letter to seek the best ways to reach mutually satisfactory solutions outside of litigation.
- Pre-litigation Notice: An official notice alerting the commencement of litigation proceedings against an individual or institution based on an unlawful act. It serves as the final warning before going to court and is also used as evidence when seeking compensation.
- Drafting various types of court applications: These include, for example, travel ban and cancellation requests, issuing seizure orders, and other requests, whether related to ongoing or non-ongoing cases.
- Drafting a legal opinion on a pending case: before courts of both levels, outlining the arguments and defenses submitted by the disputing parties, the attached documents (if any), and the outcome of the case in light of this.
